Barista Dash Arrow Steam Jug (Professional - 1)

Barista Dash(Choi, Won-jae), the 2022 World Latte Art Battle Champion, and Pesado worked closely together to developed a new steam jug for professional baristas.

Specially designed for elaborate latte art patterns, the deep spout neck and sharp spout help the draw complex latte art delicately, and are facilitate to use with a small amout of flow.

The upper part of the handle, which is spaced 5mm apart, maximizes left and right shaking during handling, and when handling with the upper part of the andle as the centre, more stability is provided, enabling more sophisticated handling.

The unique arrow design with the identity of barista Dash is attractive on the handle designed at an optimal angle that is confortable to hold in the hand.

The rounded bottom allows the steam to roll sufficiently to create a silky smooth foam.

The yellow is fisnished with a black logo and the coconut white is with a brown logo.

Arrow Jug Colour Series : Sky Blue

Sky Blue design story by Barista Dash (WonJae Choi)

I designed a logo reminiscent of white clouds floating in the blue sky, embodying the clear hue of the sky blue colour. 

The Arrow jug series aims to offer unique colours that reflect the identity of baristas, which are not commonly seen. 

To creat an item that baristas would want to own, I designed a cloud version logo that complements the sky blue colour.

My design stands out in both photos and videos, capturing attention at first glance.

To create sustainable products, Pesado wraps all products in paper.

Size, weight and colour may vary slightly.

Due to the nature of the manufacturing process and the paper packaging material, there may be minute scratches on the product during the packaging process, and this is not a reason for exchange or return, so please purchase carefully. (See the photo below)

Shipping Within Korea:

We proudly offer Fast "FREE Shipping" South Korea wide on all orders over $50.

Worldwide Shipping:

All worldwide orders will be shipped with FedEx.

We offer a US$20 flat rate FedEx for all orders when you spend over $300.

Orders will be despatched from our warehouse on The Seoul within 24-48 hours after purchase. (Excludes weekends)

Customs & Duty Charges

International orders may be subject to local charges.

Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

JY Coffee Partners(Pesado Korea) cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and JY Coffee Partners(Pesado Korea)  will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

Exchanges

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase, we are happy to exchange any products for alternative colours or styles should the original products still be in perfect, unused condition. Any shipping costs incurred are at the customers expense. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns and Change of Mind

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect purchase, please choose from our selection carefully before purchasing.

If you wish to return your product, you may exchange for another product or we can issue a credit note for the value of your order less shipping.

We suggest using a tracked shipping service when returning or exchanging goods. We do not accept liability for missing items, and are not able to fulfill an exchange without receiving the returned items.

Change of mind refunds will incurr a re-stocking fee of 10%

You agree to release JY Coffee Partners(Pesado Korea) from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.

If you do not provide JY Coffee Partners(Pesado Korea) Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
