The New Hybrid Portafilter

The brand new hybrid portafilter gives you the ability to transform between Naked and Spoutedportafilters in seconds.

One-Of-A-Kind Spouted System

To start we have combined our signature spouted system with a patent pending base plate. This is where the magic starts!

Simply using the allen key that comes with the system, screw the nut through the plate attaching the spout. This creates your new hybrid spouted system.

Transform Naked To Spouted

Once you have attached the spouted system together, simply screw the plate up into the bottom of the naked portafilter. This will thread in and lock off your system.

To turn back into the naked portafilter simply unscrew the plate and boom! back to naked.

MATERIALS:

Portafiler Head - 316L Stainless Steel w/ M12 female thread

Hybrid Spout - 316L Stainless Steel

POM Handle - Polyoxymethylene. An engineering thermoplastic used in precision parts requiring high stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability.

Modular Metallic End - Electro polish stainless steel (Available in 4 metallic colours).

Modular Timber End - Birch wood vacuumed dyed, coated in a heat and water resistant wax. (Available in our signature timber modular ends, Riga and Iris).

Raya Handle - Birch wood vacuumed dyed, coated in a heat and water resistant wax.

Shipping Within Korea:

We proudly offer Fast "FREE Shipping" South Korea wide on all orders over $50.

Worldwide Shipping:

All worldwide orders will be shipped with FedEx.

We offer a US$20 flat rate FedEx for all orders when you spend over $300.

Orders will be despatched from our warehouse on The Seoul within 24-48 hours after purchase. (Excludes weekends)

Customs & Duty Charges

International orders may be subject to local charges.

Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

JY Coffee Partners(Pesado Korea) cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and JY Coffee Partners(Pesado Korea)  will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

Exchanges

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase, we are happy to exchange any products for alternative colours or styles should the original products still be in perfect, unused condition. Any shipping costs incurred are at the customers expense. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns and Change of Mind

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect purchase, please choose from our selection carefully before purchasing.

If you wish to return your product, you may exchange for another product or we can issue a credit note for the value of your order less shipping.

We suggest using a tracked shipping service when returning or exchanging goods. We do not accept liability for missing items, and are not able to fulfill an exchange without receiving the returned items.

Change of mind refunds will incurr a re-stocking fee of 10%

JY Coffee Partners(Pesado Korea), and its agents/delivery partners associated with the delivery of your parcel, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from you providing Authority to Leave for your delivery. You agree to release JY Coffee Partners(Pesado Korea) from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.

If you do not provide JY Coffee Partners(Pesado Korea) Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
